Planeta will once again take part in Vinitaly 2026, held in Verona from April 12 to 15, 2026, presenting a narrative that brings together wine, culture and a contemporary vision of the territory. We look forward to welcoming you at Hall 2 – Sicilia, Stand B16 to discover our wines and explore the projects shaping our journey across Sicily.
The 30th harvest of Planeta Chardonnay
One of the highlights of 2026 is the celebration of the 30th harvest of Planeta Chardonnay, a wine that has played a key role in redefining Sicilian wine on the international stage. This milestone is linked to a landscape project at the Parco Archeologico di Selinunte, developed under the guidance of Giuseppe Barbera, connecting agriculture, archaeology and the Mediterranean landscape.
Wine is a Contemporary Story
The project Wine is a Contemporary Story continues to evolve, presenting wine as a cultural language capable of engaging with the present. At its core is the Manifesto of Contemporary Wine, developed in Noto, which frames wine as a cultural expression and a shared value. This vision also takes shape in Costellazioni d’Arte, an immersive art project at the Buonivini estate, featuring site-specific works by artists including Petra Feriancová and Ignazio Mortellaro.
Sustainability Report
Vinitaly 2026 marks the presentation of Planeta’s first Sustainability Report, outlining a long-term commitment to environmental, social and economic responsibility.
Floreali labels restyling
Planeta introduces the restyling of its Floreali labels – Alastro, Terebinto and Plumbago – with a more essential and contemporary design that brings the floral identity back to the forefront.
Ab Insula
The Ab Insula project highlights the connection between Serra Ferdinandea and Castello Solicchiata, expressing the diversity of Sicilian landscapes through viticulture.
New vintages on tasting
A selection of new vintages will be available for tasting, showcasing the richness of Planeta’s territories across Sicily.
