Work in progress for the national premiere of "Medea," a female monument of the Euripides Theater at Segesta that will take place at Segesta on August 27-28-29 . The performing of Segesta is the first time ever that the text is represented in Italian language. Director Paola Pace, the same interpreter Medea, and the actress Marika Pugliatti in part Salimonda tell a show that wants to stand for a rereading of the original core narrative, without falling into simplistic banalities. To toast the finalists there will be also Planeta wines to be served at "Miss Italy Winery" the village where the Miss, the press and the protagonists of Miss Italia will meet to enjoy the Italian food and wine.

DiVinCinema begins on Friday, August 27, film festival which proposes watching films in combination with the tasting of fine wines in the winery Route of Wine partner. These sites, combining modernity and tradition, offer a charming and picturesque scenery to enjoy your movie, in which the protagonist is the food. The relationship between food and film has marked every era and has deeply influenced our culture. There are many stories in which the food, the star of a thousand faces, play an important role in the unfolding of the narrative. An initiative to spread the culture of drinking well, and bring food and wine, culture and entertainment. Planeta also joined the initiative and Friday, Sept. 10 (21:00 h) opens the doors of Ulmo Winery where will be screened the film "Lezioni di Cioccolato."

Triennale Design Museum presents the exhibition by Marta Laudani, Marco Romanelli subtle modifications in type unchangeable. The exhibit addresses one type of design, tha plate, interpretation of two of the most timid and interesting Italian designers. Between 1997 and 2010 Marta Laudani, Marco Romanelli designed several plates providing in each of them, some "modifications" to a type considered mature. It follows a survey presented for the first time in its entirety, while retaining a substantial consistency of approach, testing the contemporary design options for the "Art de la table" and bridges, now conceptually importantly, between the world of design and decorative arts.

Thursday, September 16 in Milan opens PHOTOGRAPHIA, the first gallery specialized in fine art prints produced in limited editions.
Photographie works with a network of over 60 international photographers that, from the '60s to today, have photographed some of the most exciting and important players in the history of rock, blues, jazz and pop music. These include: Mick Rock, Ian Dickson, Peter Cunningham, Gereda Mankowitz, Bob Gruen, Don Hunstein, Lynn Goldsmith, Jorgen Angel, Philip Townsend, Terry Spencer, William Ellis, Jill Furmanovsky and Storm Thorgerson.
In partnership with a major Italian newspaper photo archive, Photographia has realized "100 of 100", limited Fine Art edition of 100 subjects, including many of the most popular stars of cinema art, architecture and the
cultural world who participated in the Venice Biennale from the '40s to the '70s.
Planeta, sponsor of culture, will offer the toast of the inauguration of the exhibition space.

Degustivina is a showcase for companies which are dedicated to cultivate and preserve native grape varieties. To gather in a charming and functional building, wine producers, operators and consumers in direct comparison is the winning formula that this year will feature the event in two days. In addition to tastings open to the public, it will take place in contemporary taste workshops, debates and conferences on topics related to production and marketing of wines, in collaboration with leading institutions. After the experiences of previous editions, this year it will be created special spaces for tastings/comparisons between accredited journalists, dealers and manufacturers, to publicize aspects of production and research. Degustivina is prestigious event not to lose.
